Return & Exchange

  • No Cash Refund
  • If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with customer service team within 3 working days of receipt of the purchased item through
  • email at / or call us at 0412428688-9 with your invoice number
  • The exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with
  • original tags/ labels attached.
  • Items purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.
  • If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice.
  • Exchange policy is not applicable on items on sale.
  • Only damaged articles can be exchanged within 3 working days of receipt of the purchased item
  • No article can be returned
  • For Exchanges you will have to send the return parcel themselves.



International Orders

Currently, Faiza Faisal does not have an Exchange or Return option for international orders.

However, in case of any damaged or incorrect item received by the customer, he/she can contact our customer care department for a credit note, discount or refund within 3 days of the online order being delivered.

In case of credit note, discount or refund, customer have to send back article themselves.

The customer should notify discrepancy within 3 days of the online order being delivered. Faiza Faisal cannot entertain complaints after the above-mentioned time period.

If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Faiza Faisal is not obliged to return, refund, or compensate the amount of the order.

Faiza Faisal thoroughly investigates complaints to identify misuse of claims and reserves the right to cancel compensation in any instance.
