- If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with customer service team through
- email at info@faixafaixal.com / sales@faixafaixal.com or call us at 0412428688-9 with your invoice number
- The exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with
- original tags/ labels attached.
- Items purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.
- If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice.
- Exchange policy is not applicable on items on sale.
- Only damaged articles can be exchanged
- No article can be returned
- For Exchanges you will have to send the return parcel themselves.
